“The resort it-self is very big and splinted into different levels of stay. We stayed at the Royal level which was very comfortable and included many restaurant entrance to the many available in the resort. There is a large choice of pools and were kept clean every day of use. The only thing I was not please about was the cleaning service, we stayed for 3 nights but the maids did not clean the floors apart from the basic of changing towels if needed and throwing trash away. “En primer lugar destacar la excelencia del personal tanto en recepción como en el buffet y camareras piso. El único problema destacable ha sido que la habitación no poseía cortinas opacas del todo eran bastante translúcidas con lo cual pues no pude descansar correctamente en un principio aunque gracias al personal de habitaciones , en concreto a la subgovernanta, pusieron otra cortina extra y pude descansar. El problema en estos hoteles de Barcelo que son macro hoteles es quizá el ruido entre……

“Ottima struttura, il personale è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile in ogni circostanza, dalla reception, al ristorante, piscina, sauna, massaggi, etc.. Il cibo è vario e per tutti i gusti. C'è un bellissimo percorso per chi ama fare corsa/jogging, soprattutto al mattino, fino a Morro Jable. Le spiagge bianche nei dintorni sono splendide, l'acqua è trasparente e prevalentemente calma (almeno nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi).. Insomma, una vacanza davvero all'insegna del relax, buon cibo,……

“Hotel an sich top in Bezug auf Lage, Ausstattung, Blick und Verpflegung, auch mit ÖPNV super zu erreichen. Leider sehr laut - ab 9:00 morgens hört man überall laute Musik mit wummernden Bässen und gebrüllte Anweisungen der Fitnesskurse, und das gefühlt den ganzen Tag über mit maximal einer kurzen Mittagspause. Und abends dasselbe aus der Bar. Ausschlafen, Mittagsschlaf, früh einschlafen bei offenem Fenster Fehlanzeige. Für Sportverrückte aber super. ”
