"The location is great. The hotel is old and beaten down but it's clean and lively. Its in the heart of a busy area so if you stay on the 1st floor the noise from the street will be a part of your stay. It's not too bad though actually adds a nice vibe to the stay. I had a problem checking in on time becasue the roads were closed by protests that day and the hotel couldn't really offer anything to help like moving my booking to the next day or refund my booking so I can book somewhere I can get...

"The hotel needs a bit of a freshening up. The rug in the room was curling at the edges and was a trip hazard, the curtains did not close completely, some of the towels had holes in them, the room was tired but clean. There was a lack of toiletries. The breakfast as far as Turkish breakfast go was disappointing. The location however was amazing. The staff were the biggest plus. They were very helpful and Aydin Bey went out over and above what is expected to help when one our party became ill. "

"My family enjoyed the stay of this hotel. Clean rooms everyday. Please tip the housekeeping to express your gratitude.Polite staff but not friendly. Lobby not very big but it has outdoor space. Free cake and coffee in the afternoon time.Buffet breakfast was good but more options is needed. The quad room was two rooms adjoining with good space and nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Spa/pool/steam/room/hamman which could be rented out for €20 an hour. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Please lookout...
