"The house had a well stocked kitchen for dishes,etc. we did find the fridge a bit small. There were plenty of linens and towels. All the bedrooms are a good size. Pretty location. You can also park in front of the house, which we didn’t know until we unloaded our vehicles. Right next to the local store and LCBO. Wonderful coffee shop a walk away. Very pretty little town"

"Courtney was spot-on when she described the property in her listing. This place was PERFECT for the weekend my friends and I had planned. Unbelievable sunsets over the St. Lawrence from their HUGE entertainment deck. We were able to enjoy a campfire each night that was tended to by the property managers. The full-size sand volleyball court provided entertainment for hours. 2 full kitchens and BBQs allowed our group to cook for 12 people with no delays. I could go on and on. If you are looking...

"Unfortunately, the house is in complete disrepair, not maintained and dirty. The mattresses are like sleeping on wood. The lawn and patio had not been mowed or weeded for at least a month. The owner did respond immediately to questions or issues that arose. The view is amazing."

"We were in Kingston to visit family and this property was great. There were 7 of us and the 4 bedrooms worked for us. The kitchen is well stocked. The yard is large but unfortunately it was raining so we could not take advantage of it. Michael is quick to respond to any questions that we had. The bottle of wine was a nice touch!"

"From the moment you walk in the door the cottage is amazing, clean, has everything one could want to enjoy a weekend getaway. The landscaping and grounds are spectacular.
