“This is a really lovely property located about 15 miles south of the Delaware turf. It was quiet, clean and very comfortable. There were two queen size beds to sleep in nice size, bathroom, coffee, service in the room, as well as a decent size refrigerator, and a microwave. it is a family home there are, some comfort noises like children foot but overall, I really liked staying here and having the opportunity to get away from the typical hotel environment.”

“This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Richard's amazing suite! Not only have we stayed at The Charleston of Milton Inn once before, we also sent my parents there for a getaway before returning ourselves in March. We found the King Charles Suite to be just as wonderful as our last visit! Not only is the suite beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, Richard has stocked the kitchenette with everything you could need - coffee, cork screw, mugs, wine glasses, tea, plates, utensils.……

“The town house is very cute and well located. The bedrooms and the kitchen are both good sizes. I can't speak to the appliances because we didn't cook, but the coffee maker worked well. Coffee was provided and some microwave popcorn and bottled water, which was nice, but there was no hand soap in two of bathrooms or paper towels. Would have been nice to at least have a little to get us started. Overall, though, I would recommend and would stay again.”

“The outside of the bldg was very plain-not very welcoming, but the inside and rooms were nice and clean. We had a wonderful gentlemen that recommended the VFW grill for dinner- and it was great food- thanks again. Not too many other food choices in area. Thought the room rate was high for the area-but we had driven all day and needed a place so we took the room, otherwise I would have done more searching.”

“I requested a handicapped equipped room for my disabled 87 year old husband and the room they give us was awesome! It was large and clean with a comfortable king-sized bed. It was at the end of the corridor so it was quiet. We didn't even hear any outside noise even though it was located on a busy highway. Tha staff was extremely friendly and caring. We will definitely be staying there again!”

“Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-appointed, water pressure was awesome. My one criticism is that the doors are quite thin and we could clearly hear people in the hallways as if they were in the same room with us, which was frustrating when they were talking in the hallway in the very early morning. ”
