“Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. Metropolitan market right across the street is great for their hot bar, coffee, groceries, etc. Great restaurants nearby. Host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. “We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“Cozy studio with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in, and we grilled one evening. Outdoor seating and blankets if needed, but the view was enjoyed from inside as well. Binoculars in the unit to take a closer look at the boats and birds. Managing the bathroom fan (motion sensor) took a little getting used to. Great communication with Dale. Would definitely recommend, and stay again!”

“From the first communication with the property manager, Debra, this was a positive experience. Detailed instructions made check-in and -out a breeze. The property was immaculate and just as described. The location was perfect for seeing Seattle for two days prior to our cruise. Only three call outs for others: 1) at the time of our stay only 1 elevator was operational due to remodel. A tenant was moving so the elevator was locked for their use for 2 hours with limited availability in that window. This caused 15 to 20 min wait times. 2) there are a lot of dogs at the complex and we were rarely in the……
