"This was our 3rd stay here because of its cleanliness, location, amenities and those views from the sky view rooms. Its a bit dearer than the majority of stays in the area but the views and location make it all worthwhile. Only downside was no safe in room not usb ports to charge devices so pack your adapter. "

"We got the the view of the river and city, it was a really nice view. The room was very clean, the sheets on the bed were clean sheets. Overall, the room/hotel was very nice. We paid an extra $55 for the buffet breakfast and parking. The only thing is that we didn’t think that the seafood buffet was worth $85pp only because they only had prawns, mussels, crab and oysters for the seafood. But the food was nice. "

When we arrived we couldn’t find the reception to begin with. Once we did, check in was very slow - the staff member tried to charge me twice and failed to return my passport until I asked for it. The rate we found online on The Star website was cheaper than what reception were trying to charge us, so we had to stand their and book it online at the desk, when...
