“This was our second stay at Cedarwood Cabin, and it was just as wonderful as our first. Such a lovely, peaceful place to stay!”

“We choose this home based on the location and nearness to Mt. Hood where our daughter was at snowboard camp. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, by the zigzag river, and had a hot tub to enjoy after a day out exploring. The house is cabin-like and being in the woods comes with more earthy and damp smells of nature. We spent most of the day time out exploring. The kitchen was equipped so that our family could cook and grill easily with all essential items and more.”

“Nice cabin. Definitely has the vibe I look for when I stay in the area. Hot tub is big and it's lovely to soak while listening to the river. It's easy to get to. Only the very last section is not paved and has massive pot holes, but it's not a long stretch. It was good for two people. It's plenty of space, and there's plenty of room for dining, but I personally would prefer more comfy seating in the living room- there's plenty of space for it. If you had enough people to fill all the beds (7)……

“Cozy little cabin that's perfect for a couple or small group looking to hunker down during the wet months. We wanted a nice quiet cabin to spend a weekend reading and relaxing in front of a wood fire, and we got it! The cabin is rustic but comfortable, though if you're looking for privacy, probably best to look elsewhere. If the weather had been drier we'd have taken advantage of the lovely firepit outside and/or the riverside hangout area that's just a 50-yard walk from the back door. The……

“The place was very cute and cozy, there was a bad smell upon arrival in the main room i lit some candles, and there was trash on the walk way to the hot tub, also there is a mouse living in the down stairs bathroom. It left droppings on the towels. Overall it was a relaxing stay.”

“I took my son snowboarding with friends for his birthday. This house worked well for me and the 3 teenagers. The driveway is a bit narrow and steep so that made parking somewhat challenging and unloading gear not the easiest. We liked the wood stove and the open kitchen annd living room. Overall we were happy with our weekend stay and we enjoyed the house.”

“We had a really nice time but I will say that the outside part of the property was not wet weather friendly. The roof that covers the patio leaks when it rains and there's no cover over the hot tub, which makes it unusable when it's raining. The house itself is gorgeous and full of most of the amenities that you need, which saves on the need to pack bulky items. The river is much much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Like much much bigger!!! LOL Communication with the host was amazing and……

“Beds on top floor, bath on 1st floor with steep stairway in between was a bit difficult. Fireplace damper did not seem to work properly and could not get it resolved. had power outage and left one day early due to weather concerns.”

“The cabin had some quirks about. It must’ve been on an ant hill, as there was an extreme issue with ants. Cleanliness was less than desirable cobwebs everywhere dirty fan, not kept horribly as your toilets and areas were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the place was not desirable.”

“We loved our time at your cabin. The decor was cozy, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the deck and view were just what we had anticipated. It was all good except the weather. You know, April in Oregon.”

“We had a blast at this cabin! It was easy to get to and very comfortable. We had a baby with us and the house wasn’t super kid friendly but that didn’t really matter because we were able to bring all the things we needed. I loved the dog friendly yard, river access and fireplace!”

“We stayed at this cabin while we skied over the weekend. The stone fireplace was epic, we loved using it along with the hot tub for apres ski. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Beds were cozy. We had a wonderful time and also enjoyed the Seinfeld references scattered throughout. The host was very accommodating with a late checkout - much appreciated!”

“This is a wonderful property. Its much larger than the pictures show, very clean and very well stocked. Beds and linens were top rate. We really enjoyed the turn table and large collection of old records. The weather was terrible, but we'd love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the beautiful river front property. property!”

“The cute cabin is even better than what is described in the listing. We were very happy with the accommodations. Every detail was paid attention to by the property owner, down to having tylenol in the medicine cabinet and fresh coffee provided. When I left important items behind, the owner arranged to meet me so I could get them back in my hometown. MUCH appreciated! We will definitely go back to this little treasure.”

“The house is large and had enough room for 6 couples for our 4 night stay. They are very communicative and helpful. There are definitely some quirky things about the house but overall it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Very quaint cabin. Well sized for us two adults. Beds comfy and it was plenty warm. Outside temps were lo 30’s. Some sunshine, some drizzle. Didn’t utilize any cooking as we were attending a destination wedding where all meals were provided at another rental location. Wi- Fi was flawless which is extremely important for us with multiple devices each. Very charming place and would return to same if another opportunity presents. Totally recommend!”
