“The communication with the hosts and the property were excellent. Not a single thing to complain about!! Will definitely book here again. The place is bigger than the pictures make it look. The river in the backyard was beautiful. Really close to grocery stores and more importantly, 3 different ski resorts. Had a great time.”

“I'll keep this short and sweet. The house is fantastic. We stayed her for a snowboarding and SuperBowl trip! Lots of rooms to stay in, gameroom was a hit! Kitchen stock with basic essentials. Only small gripe was 4 dishwashing pods, 4 trashbags, and downstairs smelled musty(but that's common with our wet environment this time of the year). The communication with management team was top notch and extremely quick vs other places I've stayed at. Would definitely stay again. Pro tip: The google maps……

“We loved the property the house looked much larger on line but still was really nice. There was no can opener but everything else was really good from the hot tub to the sauna to the outdoor gas fire pit. Even the furniture was very comfortable. definitely gonna come back again.”

“This is our second time staying at Baernhaus- it has become our go-to place to stay in Government Camp. Clean, sleek, modern but very cozy. Perfect location- short 1 block walk to Govy, yet completely private setting, elevated in the trees. Nice separation of bedrooms from common areas. Bedroom arrangement better suited for families but workable for couples. Definitely staying here again!”

“Property was terrific. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We flew to Oregon for an early Christmas with family and so appreciated that the home was fully decorated for the holiday. Made the time there even more special. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place to stay, and close to lots of wilderness to explore. Cabin is so quant, cute and the decor is perfect for the area. Beautiful rooms. Hot tub was amazing, and the fire place was fully stocked with wood. Kitchen was fully stocked with utinciles and was a great place to cook a home cooked meal after a long hike. Other houses are a lot closer then pictures/descriptions indicate, but neighborhood is quiet and cozy. Only reason for not 5 stars: Vacasa is hard to get a hold of. They also……

“The house is large and had enough room for 6 couples for our 4 night stay. They are very communicative and helpful. There are definitely some quirky things about the house but overall it was clean and we enjoyed our stay.”

“Very quaint cabin. Well sized for us two adults. Beds comfy and it was plenty warm. Outside temps were lo 30’s. Some sunshine, some drizzle. Didn’t utilize any cooking as we were attending a destination wedding where all meals were provided at another rental location. Wi- Fi was flawless which is extremely important for us with multiple devices each. Very charming place and would return to same if another opportunity presents. Totally recommend!”
