"Perfect location"

"Very comfortable room with a feeling of luxuriousness about it. I have tinnitus, so have trouble hearing certain ranges of noises. As I was leaving my room to go out to dinner, I heard a strange sound, almost like a smoke alarm, as I neard the door (but not when I was further away from the door). Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to see a firefighter walking towards me down the hallway. Very efficient sound proofing. (There was no fire. I don't know what caused the alarm)."

"The reviews I saw said how horrible it was. This place is so clean, we were greeted with kindness, the rooms were small of course but clean and reset nicely for us. The breakfast was small and quaint. The coffee was fine. The Indian decent man and woman were so sweet and offered suggestions on what to do around the area. Would definitely stay again. No bugs. The outside of the building is like a cottage. It was so cute. My marine vet husband saw it and immediately blurted out 'AWW ITS SO CUTE' in the manliest way possible haha. It was great"

"In this case, our anniversary experience on the first night at the Hilton Hotel in Greenville, SC, was awful. The mattresses were lumpy and squeaky, and the sheets were dingy. The pillows smelled of cigarette smoke even though this is a smoke-free building. The coffee cartridges were not replaced. We had planned to spend an extra night, but packed everything and went to check out. We wanted to know how much our cancellation fee would be, but the intuitive woman behind the counter wanted to know why. We explained our unpleasant experience to her and said this was our anniversary. She apologized and asked if we would wait while she called the GM. The GM's swift response, a testament to the hotel's commitment to make it right and guest satisfaction, was a welcome surprise. We were relocated to another room that was emaculate with stunning views of the city. Dinner was amazing the food was more than enough and absolutely delicious as well as breakfast, so the onsite resturant is definitely worth a visit. Our concerns were addressed beyond our expectations! My wife and I were delighted with Mrs. Yiesha Cobb, the General Manager, in fulfilling her promise to us for an anniversary that we would never forget, and we won’t."

"This was our first time at the Drury Inn and we stayed just one night. Normally wouldn't have chosen the location but it was convenient as we dropped our son off at camp. We were very impressed and will look at staying at these hotels in the future."
