Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. “It was a fantastic place overall. No concerns whatsoever. Great neighborhood. Good price. Only thing would be a sofa bed available but this is minor. I would gladly stay there again. It was such a great setting for a memorable time with my extended family.”

“Loads of room. Six adults stayed here in cozy comfort. Locarion is highly desirable. Easy access to everything from museums/central park uptown, festivities and shopping midtown, shopping/ walking/sightseeing downtown. “It's a great place to stay for a night or two. I wish they would communicate that only vegetarian food is allowed in the property upfront. But it really is a lovely place. Also communications could be better. I had trouble getting in touch with the front desk assistant Sable while checking out and getting clean towels. Other than this, this is a great deal. Would recommend it to anybody else”

“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“Bon Acceuil à notre arrivée, bon rapport qualité prix, literie de qualité , calme, propre. Dommage qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, comme prévu uniquement deux tabourets, bien que chambre pour quatre personnes…). Le vrai point fort de cet hôtel et son emplacement à proximité direct de Time Square entre Flatiron et l’Empire, métro à 100m.”

“The pictures are very deceiving - as they are of the Guesthouses not the main hotel. I thought I was booking at an Inn, but I was really booked at a regular ole chain hotel. One that charges $8 per person per day for their pool! (you should really change this policy for paying overnight guests - why should we pay additional for facilities like this?) There's also nowhere to walk to from here, so if you're without a car expect to be paying for Ubers everywhere (which is fine as they're readily……
