“awesome location far away from everything ”

“The hotel is kind of remote from the Main street of Portree; on the other hand, it’s very quiet and peaceful so that the visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of nature in Isle Skye. The room we stay is pretty simple but it’s clean and tidy. Most important of all, we have the great view of lake. Cloe, the front desk staff, shows her hospitality to make our stay even better.”

“We loved the large window on the loch!! The sheep were great and adorable! We didn't like the difficulty finding the place!! We also did not like the bathtub/shower! The tub is narrow and very slippery making it difficult to get in and out of. As Americans, we were clueless as to how the shower worked. Some basic directions on the shower would help. Also, a much better map and set of instructions as to how to find the location would go a long way!! Also, no mention was made of the working……

“Janet & Stuart couldn’t have been better hosts. Our room was crisply clean with an oh, so comfy bed and a view of the sea. Janet had freshly baked breads and cookies waiting for us. There was a comfy living room with espresso machine, drink glasses, etc at the ready for guests. The breakfast room was perfect. Stuart served us individually prepared breakfast from a generous menu. I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon - oh my! There were also fruit, cereal and yogurt choices. Exclusive parking……
