“Very quiet. beautiful views. The pods were a bit too small but otherwise loved our stay. Great restaurant and bar. Don’t try and bring outside food into the bar to eat with their drinks. (This was frowned upon). But there was an awesome food truck just up the road (Pizza in the Skye) and we couldn’t resist… They moved us to the “lounge”, which was right next to the bar. Extensive whisky to be enjoyed at their bar. ”

“The recidense experience was far beyond my expectation. Room was very spacious with almost all necessary facility ready, wifi was superior unlike some other hotels in isle of skye. Moreover, the hotel has a unique view of sunset. Imagine how’s the feeling when u gasp a glass of whisky looking at the sun dips into the sea right out side the lounge. Food generally ok.”

“The location and visit was great, we didn't expect such a small room. My spouse didnt fit in the shower and the bed was too short. Maybe in one of the upgraded rooms they are bigger but we didnt know that. It was realy cold in the room as well but beautiful.”

“I was on the Isle of Skye for three days and stayed here two nights. The staff are hard-working and helped to make it an enjoyable stay. This place is about a 15min walk out of the downtown area. I liked that the people staying there were from all over Europe and the rest of the world. I had one dinner there and two breakfasts. The morning meal is nice because you can order off the menu from a list of standard Scottish breakfast items, but because they have a cook/chef, you can also order……

“The hotel is kind of remote from the Main street of Portree; on the other hand, it’s very quiet and peaceful so that the visitors can fully enjoy the beauty of nature in Isle Skye. The room we stay is pretty simple but it’s clean and tidy. Most important of all, we have the great view of lake. Cloe, the front desk staff, shows her hospitality to make our stay even better.”

“Noisy location right near the plaza made worse by a food truck that pulled up at midnight. Room was small but fine except for the noisiness. Breakfast was ok. Hotel itself was beautifully presented. If it werent for the noisy people in the plaza the spot is perfect.”
