“Room was clean and well accommodated. I was a bit disappointed that we didn’t have an ocean view but we were in a nice new room and it was quiet in the area we were at. Their restaurant is across the street right on the ocean and we had a nice lunch there.”

“Very nice stay, right in the heart of the beach area, steps away from the sand, shopping, and restuants. There is a convience store at the property for any thing you need. Owner and staff were very nice. ”

“Just staying one night in Lortsmkutj NH. Very good location and generally quiet. but like all newer “hotels” cheaply constructed ergo noisy. The eco shampoo and soap is insulting apparently like prisons we can’t be trusted with a bar of soap. The sheets were old and the sheer curtains had a big rip in them. Overall giving the sense of a money maker for the franchise but a poor representation of the Conrad Hilton brand. The place is somewhat new but tired already. ”

“The Grandview has an awesome view of long sands beach. You can see both the boon island lighthouse and the nubble lighthouse from the balcony. Watching and listening to the waves roll is so relaxing. The Grandview is just finishing up a renovation. We were very happy with our stay.”
