"This is a wonderful property. The hosts are gracious and welcoming. If you are a freighter maven like my husband and I, this is the place to be. It's right on the St. Clair River, and you can watch the freighters go by day and night. This is our fourth stay at this location, and we are already planning to go back next year."

"We were looking for a little escape from the hustle and stress of every day life. This was the perfect place! A short trip down the canal and you were on the lake. If you didn't catch anything on the lake for some reason, no problem, just fish the canal and catch a few bass. Boat house is a huge bonus especially since it rained one night and kept the boat dry. The home is lovely and just the right size. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Bathroom is very nice, and the bedrooms...
