“We enjoyed each moment in your hotel. The great breakfast let us have energy to start our lovely date. The staff were nice and helpful to assist us. Here is two issues that hope you will improve it. First of all, we should mentioned two children will stay with us when booking in Expedia. The room wasn’t ready no any kids pack, we need to call with front desk to ask to provide it. The bath room have a widow that next to the bed, it will too bright for children sleeping time and we use bathroom……

“The hotel is very new and cozy. We stayed in the Luxury Room for 5 nights with 2 kids. The room is spacious and clean. The decoration of the hotel floors is modern and a comfortable green environment. The rooftop pool has a stunning view over the ocean. Too bad we don't time to enjoy the infinity pool as we have tight schedule. There is a variety of choices for breakfast and it was very good. Staff is all nice and friendly.”

“10 min walk from the nearest Asahibashi Monorail station so it was not too bad, but not many shopping options nearby so one has to walk to International Street for shopping. The hotel itself was new, but not much space for storing clothes. I wish there were more options of tea beds/ powder provided in the room.”
