“The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. There were 4 bedrooms but the one on the main floor was absent a door. Overall, the rooms and beds were fresh and comfy. The bathroom had the usual and expected toiletries. The kitchen has a lot……

“I had a great stay at Peters apartment, it was super clean and tidy and I felt right at home the moment I arrived. Peter was a brilliant host, really responsive and the arrival instructions were excellent. The bed was really comfortable and tea and coffee making facilities were an added bonus! The beds are cozy, and the shower’s solid—gets you ready to hit the city each day. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the 2nd street light rail station, which zips you over to Hoboken Station and then onto NYC if that’s your jam. For groceries, there’s a little 24/7 market a couple of blocks down or a bigger supermarket a bit……

“We stayed for 2 days, overall the house is clean and most of our needs were met. Although, there was no paper towel available so we have to go buy it ourselves but there is a convenient store close by so it wasn't a hassle at all. Also, there were only 2 clean towels, wished there were more since we booked for 6 adults and 1 a baby. But it is a good thing I brought a couple of towels with me so it worked out good. The location is very convenient because it is so close to the Holland Tunnel, so……

“Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.”
