“We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.”

“The apt, the folks who work for the mgmt group-all wonderful. Super clean, all brand new- very large- the beds were so comfortable. The interior is great. No elevator so it is a pretty tough 5th floor walk up. The keys to the interior doors from the street take some jiggling and talking nice to, made it stressful coming in at night with leering vagrants on the street. But it may have been the set they cut for me. Best to take the train and not bring a car unless you have to have one, parking is……

The beds are cozy, and the shower’s solid—gets you ready to hit the city each day. It’s just a quick 5-minute walk to the 2nd street light rail station, which zips you over to Hoboken Station and then onto NYC if that’s your jam. For groceries, there’s a little 24/7 market a couple of blocks down or a bigger supermarket a bit……

“Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! The unit was very clean and we all felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very receptive to all of our questions/requests and I felt that our comfort was very important to him. It is relatively close to the Path (5 minute car ride) and to get into the city took 20-25 minutes total. However, I wanted to highlight once incident that I think illustrates the level of hospitality. On the morning that we were scheduled to leave (and had non-refundable train tickets), the New York area experienced record flooding.
