“Great stay overall. Place was nice and clean as well. Would stay here again. My only gripe is how acoustic it is when others are above you… heard everything…. But as far as the important stuff it was clean and spacious and very accommodating.”

“The villa was great. The bed in the main bedroom should be replaced. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be. The views of the ocean from our balcony were great. It was close to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location in the future.”

“It is the ideal spot. The pictures on VRBO, depict exactly what the place looks like, plus it is sparkling clean. Restaurants, stores and beach all just minutes away. Room has a nice set up and serves perfectly as an efficieny room. Has a small fridge to keep drinks cold for the beach and leftover restaurant meals fresh and ready for warm up in small microwave. Jana & Jeff were great hosts! Jana was quick with replies to any questions. They were congenial and attentive and at the same time……

“Great location. My grandson went fishing the day we got there. You can see the Kennedy Space Center from the deck. It’s old school which we love. If you’re looking for something like the four seasons you would not like it. We would definitely recommend it. We will be back”

“Our overall stay was pretty good. The location is okay. You can walk to food and coffee but it is at least a 10 minute walk. I’d recommend taking bikes if you have them. Beach was quiet and relaxing. Room was overall very clean. Only bad comments would be that we could not get the TV to work for anything. That sucked because we didn’t have any way to watch anything expect on our phones. Also, no WiFi. Also, there was no hang soap in our dispenser so just small things that go a long way.”

“Property manager has considered everything needed for you and family/friends to settle in, and get the Surf City/Top Sail Island experience done right! Clean, tons of TVs, reliable wifi, just accommodating for ALL ages. Plenty of space for multiple families, or kids/adults to spread out. Great balance of indoor/outdoor hang out space. And by the way, there's a beach about 100 yards away :). We will absolutely be back, and so grateful we found this property!”

“Overall we had a fantastic time and the location was great. The management office responded quickly to issues. What you should consider when renting this property. You will need to bring your own amenities (soaps, shampoo's, toilet paper wouldn't hurt, trash bags, charcoal, matches/lighters, and utensils for grill). We left the lighter in the drawer next to the stove but it won't last long. There were a few issues where cleaning crew are taking shortcuts (such as the A/C air filter had not been……

“This condo is great for large families. Well equipped with all your kitchen needs. Comfortable and well maintained accommodations with easy access to the beach. The owner responds to all communications quickly and great to work with. The next time we head to North Topsail Beach this will be the condo we will rent if available.”
