“If you want a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle this is the place! Clean, well maintained, great privacy, and great communication. Really nice patio where birds visit and you can sit sipping your coffee, and gaze into lush tropical surroundings and the sea at the horizon. On the smaller side, so if you want to cook and eat, you will have to work with limited space, a microwave and refrigerator. Otherwise perfect!”

“We love staying at Ali'i Villa condos, and Paul's condo was no exception. We love having the washer/dryer, and the designated parking spot. We had everything we needed for our Big Island stay. Paul was so accommodating when we had a little issue while there. He did everything he could do to remedy the situation in a timely and friendly manner. “Online description was incorrect. Facility had a weird smell and we had to mitigate that issue ourselves. Condo was right on a thru road through complex, but very close to bbq and pool. Condo needed updating and the bathroom was subpar.”

“If you're looking for a no frills beach bungalow, this is the place for you. I loved the beach cottage feel and the location was perfectly nestled across the street from the ocean and near many restaurants and shopping. I especially loved the lobby/office kitty that greeted me upon arrival with purrrrs and greeted me again at check-out. It had a warm and pleasant atmosphere filled with Aloha.🌺”

“I knew I wanted to be away from the Kona area and have always loved the Holualoa laid back vibe. Great view from the lanai as I worked on my newsletter. Enjoyed the sunsets tremendously. No need for airconditioning as a leaving the windows slightly open works really well and if it get warmer or if you are warm from having been on a hike the ceiling fan at low speed in both the living room and bedroom work great.
