“We were there for a weekend get away. Staff was nice. Rooms need a title work done but it was ok for the price.”

“Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities of a hotel room. Fridge , microwave sink, Hot plate , basic dishes and pots. Iron and sm board. Lg shower love seat desk and tv. Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away.”

“Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown……

“The property itself was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were snacks for us. It had a nice wide driveway. It was in an older neighborhood with some houses needing some maintenance. However, we would stay there again.”

“The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future.”

“We had a fun time staying on a houseboat. It is a bit like camping in a RV. The boat is older and could use some TLC but I understand why that probably isn’t going to happen. We did have a good time and added a new experience.”

“Location was excellent. Pool was wonderful. Enjoyed staying here - was able to do some cooking and even though there are neighbors all around I still felt like I had privacy. I also felt safe - important when traveling solo! Parking under a tree was nice too - my car stayed cool.”
