“This was exactly what we thought it would be. Please know that if you are an outdoors type person and just need a place to watch tv while you fall asleep then this is for you. Keep in mind it is small but very comfortable. Woke up and had my coffee with about 25 manatee in the water just outside the camper!! How neat to see them and all the fish and sharks too. Would definitely stay here again and try my luck at fishing next time. Outdoor shower did not disappoint and the water was nice and hot!……

“Cozy home in excellent location in Old Homosassa. Super clean and well stocked. Especially enjoyed the light show on the front yard oak tree! Spent a lot of time at porch bar watching mullet jumping and heron wading. Went to the Homosassa Wildlife State Park, ate at the Freezer and took a river ride on the Island Girl Cruise… highly recommend all. We had a wonderful time! Hope y’all can keep this beautiful place a secret ❣️”

“I stopped over in Weeki Wachee as part of a birthday getaway with friends. The Salty Siren was just perfect for what we needed it for, a place to rest our heads at night. It was quaint and adorable and we enjoyed everything about the theme. We used the kayaks each day of our trip and it was so much fun. We didn't see manatees but also knew there would be a higher chance had we visited earlier in the year when it was still chilly out. We used the little bonfire set up and it was perfect. Also……

“The house is in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. Perfect for our family. We got in late and were greeted by the owner to get our keys, they showed us around. The house was clean and up to date. There were extra towels, soap and toothbrush’s. Full kitchen with everything you'd need. The 3rd bedroom isn’t enclosed. It does have half a wall up around it, connected to the TV room. Just in case someone thinks that it’s an actual room with walls and a door. Overall our stay was great. Communication……

The only bad thing is we have to work harder to loose the weight we put on lol. The place is close to everything we wanted to explore. We will most likely return.”

“Located close to stores and recreation this property made our stay very enjoyable. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog Willie. “Accommodation is in an historic house that used to be a hunting and fishing lodge. We were comfortable in The Captain's Quarrters. Never saw anyone there but there must have been a body who set out a generous buffet breakfast. Beautiful scenery. ”
