“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“Very comfortable beds, good size rooms, but safe did not work. Bathroom was good. Some of the finishing was discolored. The overall appearance of the hotel was great and very good service! Food in the restaurant was excellent. Wonderful having free coffee in the mornings in the lobby. ”

“Everything fine except super noisy neighbors carrying on well past midnight. Complained to the front desk and they came up to address. Noise still didn't stop right away but eventually did.”
