“I wanted to stay in the room. Two days after I sent a message, when I had to check out, I was told that there was no room. Parking was not allowed at the street gate on Thursday morning, and I received a ticket from 7:30 a.m. When I checked in, I was not reminded that I could not park between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. After the feedback of the problem, the customer service did not reply.”

“The room I was given was on the third floor. Building entry vestibule for second and third floors is small but manageable if you don't have much luggage. The room itself is a good size. The location is great for events at McCormick place, a short walk from a major bus route. The lightrail is easy to reach by walking or a short bus ride to the White Sox baseball stadium. ”

“This was our second time staying here and it’s just perfect every time. Plainfield is such a charming area ans we love being able to walk out the door and have our choice of amazing restaurants. Also, Justin went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and texted to check in with us. The rooms are nice and cute and clean with everything you need. We will definitely be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint, warm and welcoming place. The room was large and filled with antiques. We could see the river from our room. The service was excellent! We had a nice dinner one evening and a wonderful breakfast on Sunday. The sack breakfast on Saturday was perfect to take with us and start our day enjoying the beautiful fall day and National Forest. If you're coming from the city, keep in mind this is a rural area - not many gas stations or grocery stores, but if you……

“False advertising”

“Awful not at all as advertized. Wr paid extra to have a suite with two rooms and 2 baths and there was no such suite at this notel”

“We really enjoyed this unique property as we explored southern Illinois and western Kentucky. This house had everything we needed. Spacious bed, step-in shower, fast wi-fi, kitchen, and patio. It was close to the water and some shopping. The communication with the host was excellent. ”
