“Beautiful clean cottage with fantastic views and walks .”

“We had a fabulous two weeks at Laggansally. The house was spacious and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was very well equipped and the table was ideal as it was big enough for a 2000 piece jigsaw whilst still leaving plenty of room for four of us to eat / play games. Two good sized sofas in the lounge gave us plenty of space to spread out if we were watching tv although most of the time we were out and about or playing games. The location of the cottage was……

Fantastic grounds with walks, lochs and a variety of activities offered within walking distance of picturesque Port Patrick. Excellent meals available from the estate and in Port Patrick. Breakfast included means a very substantial breakfast package on your arrival.”

“Nicely situated, well equipped cottage on a lovely estate with lovely walks including a short stroll down to Loch Ryan. The hosts were very helpful and provided an excellent welcome pack which included delicious chocolate brownies. They also provided a good information pack on where to eat and where to visit.”

“House is very well designed and furnished to a very high standard and us only a 10 minute walk from the village and 5 minute walk to the golf course. The views from the decking area are beautiful. We were met by our host Kate who could not have been more helpful. Lots of beautiful walks with breath taking scenery.”

“We just loved our stay at Saltwater Chronicles. Beautiful, newly decorated lodge with a brilliant view of the sea. We loved walking along the rocks, exploring the caves, walking up through the stunning green glen to the impressive waterfalls. The two lochs are so pretty. Every member of the team we encountered on the estate was friendly and welcoming. The meals we ordered from the kitchen were delicious. Communications were quick and helpful. We can’t wait to return.”

“Very pleasant stay at Blinkbonnie. Great welcome from Lesley when we arrived. Comfortable room with all the facilities needed. The cleanliness was exceptional. Breakfast was also very good. Blinkbonnie is very well placed, a short downhill walk to Portpatrick which has several pubs to chose from for an evening meal. ”

“Spend 3 beautiful sunny days in lodge, had everything we needed, beds really comfortable, views stunning , wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to to return, 5 minutes drive to Ship Inn selling lovely food and local shop has everything you need, lovely loop walk from lodge to Drummore via coastal path back onto country road to lodge, loved it”

“We were very happy with our stay. The property is in a convenient location to walk too many restaurants, mostly take away. It was right across from the water, and that made for very nice walk in the evening. The apartment was comfortable and clean.”

“Lovely room comfortable bed and really quiet no noise at night so great sleep. Dinner was lovely , surroundings beautiful with live music played on tbe piano. Great selection of food on menu which tasted fabulous. The bar is a lovely vibrant place with great selection of drinks. Finally the breakfast was amazing and served by a lovely lady who made sure we didn’t want for anything. Thankyou for a fabulous stay 😊”

“Great stay again at Tigh na Mara cabin . Excellent meal both nights in the restaurant friendly staff love coming here with the dogs . A bit of radio or background music at breakfast would make a difference for a bit of atmosphere but love the place ”

“Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was okay, perhaps the portion could have been a bit bigger. Inside the pub looking tired, needs repainting and furniture updating. ”
