A boutique hotel in Tim Hau, very close to the metro and to Victoria Park! The rooms were spartan but spacious and very clean! The staff were very helpful and gave lots of directions and recommendations, when asked. The breakfast service was a little spotty, as it normally opens later (8:30) and the people in charge of the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but linked by contract) were late opening 2 of the 4 times we ate there. However, there are lots of good restaurants in the area which can serve as alternatives.

Clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a great location - next door to the subway station and 1 minute from the trolley. There is a great coffee shop next to the hotel with a great selection of sandwiches, coffee, tea, cocktails.

Staffs are not friendly and helpful. Room I reserved was not available 😡

The staff, service and the rooms were excellent and decently appointed. They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. The location is a li'l far away from the bustling city markets but they do have free shuttles that we used to get to the Central. Definitely recommended!
