“We went with two other families, so ended up having 6 adults and 6 kids between 3 and 6. The kids had a great time in the pool. Adults enjoyed all the food Chef Daniel made, and the delicious Margaritas by Remy. We would definitely come again!”

“After extensive searches for the ultimate PV lodging experience, we settled on this beautiful villa! All the pictures are accurate. The view was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing like waking up on a 65 degree morning, sitting out on three separate verandas to soak in the rising sun. Also the picture perfect sunsets! Ken’s villa is located close to town and away from the crowds and hustle, if you looking for peace and quiet . Uber’d north and south to take advantage of sites and restaurants……

“This house was very cute the pictures dont do it justice. I stayed the weekend here with my husband an 2 kids 7 & 10. I communicated with the host Eric but his wife Teresa was the 1 to actully received us, which was even better being received by her she was lovely and had excellent style. Eric was very quick with responding. I asked a special request of him if he was able to do so and he did so which was very cool. I changed my check in time to an earlier time amd check out time ki changed twice……

“Nice house First time of having a chef and a great helper. Food was awesome. Pool is very small but worst memory were the beds are so hard that we did not look forward to going to sleep. Location of house is over 30 minutes to town. Owner did not get back to us regarding tipping of daily housekeeper which really was not needed, yet we were expected to tip her also. Being on the ocean was enjoyable. No access and no beach, but very relaxing The customs at airport was a very negative start. Took……

“Our trip far exceeded my expectations. Laura made the most delicious food and Marco took care of our every need from drinks to serving food to helping with our excursions. Jesse was like Tinkerbell. She magically appeared and cleaned up the bedrooms and then magically was gone! These three made our vacation. Such kind and gentle souls who you just want to take home. Linda was fabulous on helping with all my questions. My only advice is to book now before it’s too late. You will thank me later,……

“Stayed here with 19 others for a bachelor party. It's a fantastic place, 5 min walk from the beach, and 15 min from the marina area. An easy 10-25min uber to the popular neighbourhoods in PV. The host Arnold was extremely communicative, immediately smoothed over some issues that came up. All in all a 5 star experience!”

“This place was perfect in every way. The beautiful views of the bay and Sunsets on the patio by the pool were amazing. This villa is spacious with plenty of room for six adults. We had all the amenities we needed. John and Jordy were very hospitable and did a fantastic job hosting us from start to finish. They were there for us every step of the way. “It was a beautiful property. 2 min walk down to conchas chinas beach. 20 minute walk along the beach to playa muertos and the romantic zone. The "office" isn't a real bedroom and just had an air mattress. The rest of the rooms were beautiful. Overall it was an amazing experience.”

“Our group enjoyed every second of our stay. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. The location is easily accessible and centrally located. The Villa is beautiful and provides great amenities. The staff is efficient and kind. My room was incredibly NOISY
"I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even caused some shaking in the room's structure (possibly from machinery nearby?). It was an overall unpleasant experience, despite the visually appealing furniture and the friendly staff. "
