“This place was very cute and clean. The beds are soft and comfortable with comfortable living room seating too. Cozy kitchenette and overall very comfortable space. The owner is a great communicator and check in was easy. Loved the welcome sign with my name at check in. I would definitely stay here again should we come back up to Racine in the future!”

“Don’t be fooled by the modest exterior—the renovated interior of this house is charming and cozy. The owners have gone out of their way to provide the most comfortable bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. There was autumn decor, new fleece blankets for snuggling, and 3 big TVs. Just a few hundred feet from a huge, clean beach, we also enjoyed the Racine Zoo, giant playground, board games, nearby haunted houses, and local eats. A friendly, diverse neighborhood great for a quiet but enjoyable……

“The cabin is beautiful and clean. You can smell the pine as soon as you walk in. Makes you feel as if it was built the day before you arrive. The host was amazing. Great communication, friendly, and attentive. He shared a lot of information on local fishing and makes everything super easy and accessible in the cabin. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs few days to unwind and disconnect.”

“It is an older home, but it is well-cleaned and nice inside. The location is excellent and the beach is well-kept. The sunrises over the lake are beautiful. We stayed for a week with a large family. It comfortably slept all of us. There is a pull-out under the bed in the upstairs room for an additional sleeping location for a kid. There is also a good pizza and ice cream spot very close. “The decor is beautiful and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed to cook all weekend. Unfortunately the ice maker & water from fridge was not working & due to weather lost half power for few hours. However the owner's quickly checked on the power situation & called in request to get the line outside fixed. The owners have exceptional communication. Beds are super comfy and the open concept is perfect to all be together.”

“This was a great house! The beds were really comfy. The owners had lots of games stocked and great beach chairs and beach toys. The coffee pot, blender, pitchers and storage containers were much appreciated. The house was well stocked with dishes, silverware and glasses. The only thing that was missing was a large skillet or griddle. The washer and dryer worked great and came in very handy. “We stayed here and our cousins stayed at the house next to us (host owns both). The one next door to us was wayyy nicer and up to date and has central air! This rental is fine for what we needed. The ac units are all window units which are so loud. The bathroom was disgusting. I have two little girls and did not feel comfortable sitting them in bathtub. It barely drains so it got very backed up and kept the tub dirty. Luckily there is a detachable hose so they just stood while I sprayed them……

“My brothers and their families flew into town for our father’s funeral. It was a nice place with plenty of room for all of us to stay and be together, and it has a big backyard for the kids to play in.”

“The property is on the water, it has a nice scenic walk area around it. It was pretty quiet for room location we had. The room was clean. The staff was ok, but the girl I had during my checkout needs be to more attentive to me and not FB on her phone. I found that rude..Last impressions are just as important as first ones.”
