“Housekeeping enters room despite ignored knocking and locked doors! At 8:50 am housekeeping entered the room of a family with 2 small special needs children. Toilet seat was stained with dirty smears and toilet was not flushed upon entering!! ”

“Everything was great, we were in town for 3 nights for my grandsons Navy graduation, and I have no complaints about the hotel. clean, affordable, staff is very nice, room was comfortable, the room temperature was perfect. the breakfast was included and very good except I wish they had brewed coffee, it was a watered down version of hot coffee, but just not a very good beverage. otherwise everything was great”

“Hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. It is located in Gurnee Mills so access to shopping and food is great. Management is active and shows concern for customer. I will gladly stay here again.”
