“Janet at the front desk was amazing! She was very understaffed and was running all over trying to do everything, so we had to wait a while to just check in, but I totally understood. Breakfast was cold by 8:30am, and didn’t have much of a variety. I also heard the lady that was in charge of breakfast, being rude to a customer. She also started putting things up at 8:45 while the area was full of people and more trying to come in. I’m not sure why she seemed angry. The hotel itself was……

“Everything was great except that I never got housekeeping service even though we were there for 3 nights, we had a king bed but not a king comforter, the deadbolt on our door did not work correctly, no A/C in the lobby - temp read 81, and there was a dead mouse in the lobby next to my table (at least it was dead …). Other than that the lobby is large with lots of places to sit and hang out. Outdoor patio area with fire pit is also large and a good place to hang out. The bar was an added bonus……

“I travel weekly for business, this is a new hotel with a lot of other new hotels around it several good restaurants within a half a mile nice shopping area. The hotel was extremely clean extremely quiet praise God and the staff was just amazing.”
