“The hotel is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. Within walking distance to several cool places to eat and the rooms were very clean. The only downside is valet parking for $25 a night, however it is downtown so safe parking is limited and expensive anyway. Would definitely recommend. ”

“It was ok, nickeled and dimed for expenses. No parking available nearby on the street and valet was expensive. And I had to wait until they could fine someone who could drive a manual transmission. It’s so wrong to not include the continental breakfast and I way overpaid for a cup of flavorless coffee. So many people were upset finding out the breakfast was not included in the room price. The room was mostly clean, there was some ick in the bathroom (are any hotels clean anymore? Just……

“This is a beautifully maintained property in a very convenient location. I would have given it 5 stars but for a couple of things missed at check-in and the fact that the restaurant and bar were not open with no advance notice. After a seven hour drive, we were looking forward to getting to the hotel and not having to leave for a meal and drink. Otherwise, great hotel!”

“Check in recognized me as a Bonvoy member but didn’t offer me to spin the wheel. Elevator shook on our arrival to room. Employees were not very friendly. Room was nice, beds a little on the harder side. Lighting was very dim, shower was dark, no light we could find in that room. Great location for OKc run to remember, close to start finish and family could watch us run past hotel. ”
