The room is quite small, as is common with Japanese hotels, but there is space to store luggage under the bed and the air conditioning worked great! The staff were also very kind and accommodating. Overall I would recommend a stay here for another Tokyo trip! "

"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"
