"The property is located next to all you need- it was excellent having a Starbucks in the same building. The rooms were good- the bathroom was kinda elevated- but was no problem. The staff was fantastic! Overall, it was a nice stay. "

"The property is slap bang in the middle of the vibrant noisy area of kabukicho shinjuku , but when you enter the hotel it is the total opposite, quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and helpful , the hotel is very clean and well looked after , The rooftop spa/onsen baths was a big plus to this hotel , nothing better after a long day of sightseeing to get back and have a soak in the mineral spring hot baths . i would stay here again when i next visit , thankyou 😁"
