“Bathroom facilities are not up to grade. Towels are old and hard, look very unpleasant to use. More like floor rug. Room TV doesn’t work. I think it is for show only.”

“Upon arrival in the afternoon at the Pulau Ketam Inn to check-in (booked 2 rooms and prepaid for 2 nights stay) was surprised to find there was no reception and nobody around though the entrance was open. The whole place was sort of abandoned, dusty, and with no maintenance. Had to ask a local person what happened and was told to check with another hotel nearby (Sea Lion Hotel) for advice. They advised that the Inn was no longer in full operation. Luckily, Sealion Lion hotel had available rooms.……
