“My husband I were looking for an opportunity to decompress mentally and physically. This awesome cottage did not disappoint. The views were incredible and the experience in its entirety was peaceful. The home was decorated tastefully and was extremely clean. We didn’t need anything that we didn’t have. The screen porch was a plus. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Barbara checked on us the day we checked in to be sure we didn’t have any questions. Would definitely consider staying……

“It was a little cool to totally enjoy the beach but did have one good afternoon. The wagon worked great for this and we rode bikes a lot to get around, loved that they were included. It was just the three of us but really enjoyed location. Thanks”

We ran into some medical issues with my son this last trip and the Host could not have been more kind and helpful, they even offered to watch our pets while we went to the hospital. “IF AVAILABLE, MUST BOOK!!!!! As the title suggests... Katie is the best! Katie when out of her way with exceptional hospitality. She was very responsive and helpful when we reached out with questions. She left plenty of snacks and drinks to avoid the grocery or an immediate meal. Even a personal note with candy! All information needed was provided in her page. The cottage is very chill and felt like our own little hideout with the backyard draped in foliage. We loved how it felt secluded……

“It has an ideal location, quiet at night, and only 3 min drive to beach access parking. Host privides a lot of different things such as beach towels and chairs that make the experience that much easier.”

The property was exactly as it was described and once you pulled onto the street, the bright pink house was even more inviting than the photos show. My wife, kids, and I had a great time being “disconnected” while still being only a few minutes away from anything you could want or need. The neighbors all reside down there full-time and were welcoming from the minute we stepped out of the car. We will……

“This home was perfect in every way! From being stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans, many utensils and Kitchen Appliances. The beach access was across the street. Beach chairs and a wagon were also available. My boys loved the outdoor shower and their “private deck” on their floor. Board games and cornhole were a hit! Lots to walk to! “This was a really wonderful surprise property for our beach weekend trip. The house was comfortable and clean, with everything you could need tucked away. It had card games and board games and the couches and chairs were comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and the wagon and chairs provided helped make that super easy. 5 stars overall!”

“Very comfy, clean and well equipped. There was some confusion about a hot tub being on premises, as listed, but there is not a hot tub on premises. Owner quickly responded to our concerns about lack of hot tub, and even sent us a gift for the misunderstanding. This was very considerate! Downstairs tenant was very nice and offered to help us move in! Perfect location! My family was very comfortable here!”

“We went to KDH for a few days over Spring Break. The house was very clean and well-equipped with anything you may need. It is in a nice neighborhood, perfect for walking. Lots of restaurants and activities very close by also!”
