Good to have some reserved parking lots for hotel guest. Should at least train staff to assist guest to top up Parking App that does not accept international credit card. Because of that I got a RM30 fine for parking in front of the hotel.

Nice clean hotel. However, very noisy at night as the soundproofing isn't that great (can hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the street). My room's toilet did not have an exhaust fan installed (there was an exposed hole in the ceiling along with wiring for an exhaust fan), however to be fair the hotel staff did offer to fix it but I was not in the room at that time. This should have been done before we checked in. But all in all, I'm happy with the stay.

"The Imperial Hotel has a convenient location within walkable distance for a few places of interest in Kluang, such as the Street Art and the Railway Station. The room is cozy with nice hot shower and new water kettle. The staff are very friendly and helpful."
