“Nice place and nice staff but exterior needs serious cleaning or power wash plus my window view was covered in cobwebs and dirt. It’s gotta be the first resort I’ve stayed at with no fridge- oh they have a mini bar fridge loaded with overpriced amenities but you can’t even stick a bottle of water in it to keep cold! “The hotel is older and could use updating. The room was fine, seemed clean and the bed was comfortable. The faucet in our bathtub did not seal all the way when turning it to shower. The service at the front desk was not too friendly or helpful with questions. Don’t expect any recommendations from them about places or transportation options. Overall it met our needs for the one night we stayed. I probably would choose a different place if I went back to the area.”

“For being a newer hotel in the Southpark Area, felt like the cleanliness and quality of the hotel has gone backwards, from when we visited when it first opened. There were areas of the room that you could tell was not vacuumed properly and were scuff marks all over the wall. There was obvious wear and tears in the room that they tried to cover…but made it look worse. However, on the flip side. Location was close to where we needed to be. Not too crowded.”
