“If you are seeing a concert at Bank of NH pavilion, look no further. Venue is a quick walk (no more then 10 minutes) on a tiny, lit path behind the motel. Steps away from a gorgeous beach with chairs provided. We were so happy we came a day early to enjoy it. Lake view from the balcony. Place was not fancy by any means but very clean and had everything you may need. We will be back!”

“Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin……

“The “breakfast” was disappointing. All high sugar, high carb junk. Otherwise the hotel is nice. Older, but in good condition. I recommend a full length mirror in the rooms for those of us who need to get dressed for events. ”

“We enjoyed the property. Clean & nicely decorated. We were warned about the street noise & it was definitely noticeable, the white noise machine was appreciated by the couple staying in the front room. We had a bit of a hard time communicating with the property managers regarding check in time, empty propane tanks & missing toiletries. In the end they did end up providing propane, shampoo, conditioner and body wash after we asked for it. I felt the listing saying toiletries provided was……

“Fantastic stay on short-notice - absolutely will go back for the price. The room was clean and neat, and they stocked me with extra bathing items and toiletries. The staff was incredibly friendly, and made sure I was well taken care of.”

“That you had your own suite and own deck. Everything was clean and neat they supplied dishes soap sponge and laundry detergent plus dishwashing stuff. Overall 10/10 recommend very pleased. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Great location on the water with a dock for our boat. We loved that we could bring our dog. It was as advertised. Cabin on the water. We are happy with our stay.”

“We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay.”

“They were very accommodating at checkin, our room faced the road way, I asked about changing to a Lakeview and with out hesitation the young man agreed.”

“My family enjoyed our stay. The first 2 days, the house did not have hot water. The first time we called, we were told "it's not one of the listed amenities". Neither is the roof, but we sort of expect it. We were told someone from the local team would call back. We waited at the house, in case someone would come to fix it. We called again. Still no return call. We finally gave up and went out to enjoy our vacation late in the day. The next day we called again. Waited again. Finally we received……

“We stayed here one night before heading up further in NH. Like most motels now-a-days, it could use a bit of updating, but it was very clean and well kept. You cant beat the view of the lake in the morning and the blackout shades were a huge help with that bright sunrise. Check in and out were easy and the front desk staff were very sweet”

“We stayed at Bay Point, but had hoped to be in the main complex at Church Landing. The room was good, but had an odd plastic patio-like desk chair; hard and uncomfortable. Besides a bar/restaurant all other amenities were a few hundred yards away. A nice lake view, and ample parking. ”

“Great hotel. A bit old. Could use refreshing. Knobs in the bathroom were leaking water. Otherwise, largely positive experience.”
