“First time ever staying in Concord NH and using Vrbo in general, and this was a great place to spend a weekend Sarah was a great host very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay like a full size stove and fridge, had 2 air conditioners besides ceiling fans in the rooms and in the living room it had a smart TV and card games. Drove down with my full size pickup truck and parking was never a problem the entire weekend I was there.……

“The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning……….”

“While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication……

“Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.”

“Bed is too soft. Room is very spacious for a queen bed. Breakfast has hot doods provided which is good. Just a one nite stay is ok.”

“There was no exterior lighting at all and at night we had to use a flashlight on my phone to get from the car to the front door. The light at the entrance was out, it is old an appeared like it hadn't been touched in years. All the locks on doors were very difficult to operate. We actually left the front door unlocked on accident due to the difficulty of operating the lock.
