“The location was very good. The property was located about 3 blocks to Lauderdale By The Sea restaurants and shops. The host was very accommodating. We were allowed to put our luggage in the condo before check in and after check out. The condo happened to be ready before the check in time. The host offered some drinks for a small fee. That worked out well since we had not had groceries delivered yet. The condo was large and comfortable. None of the bedrooms were on the main floor which was ok……

“We actually had a bachelorette “party” here. I say party loosely because we aren’t a roudy bunch compared to most parties but we did have a noise complaint midday. There’s a noise ordinance that starts at 10pm but I’d say most neighbors don’t want you being louder than a normal backyard BBQ. With that being said, the house and yard are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely consider staying here with family instead of a friend group that wants music while being in the pool. The house came……

“The house was in the perfect location! The private beach was a dream. My only issue was the key pad didn't work properly most of the time and the communication to the property manager was not great. Everything else was great!”

“The location of the property is wonderful and our family had a great time easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house needs some TLC and the carpet needs to be replaced,it had some very bad stains on it. The host was very helpful but the house could definitely benefit from some TLC inside and outside.”

“This was exactly what we were looking for. Well laid out modern space. Nice private heated pool. Private beach access. Nice neighborhood with lots of options to eat or grocery shop. Our kids 13 & 10 didn’t want to leave the property. Host was very responsive to our questions along the way. This place checked all the boxes for us.”

“House was beautiful and well maintained. We needed extra beach chairs which were there upon arrival. Kids spent hours in the pool which was heated and clean. Plenty of beach towels. Could use a second set of sheets for each bedroom. The only complaint is a steep fee for early check in.”

“Great house and amazing location. Perfect house set up for teenagers or multiple families given the bedroom and bathroom combinations. The outdoor area is perfection with pool, hot tub, covered grill area and frequent boat traffic. Sit back with coffee or wine and just watch them float by! Didn’t even want to leave the house much while we were there.”
