Property Manager answered our 2 inquiries right away and this helped make our stay terrific! Already booked for next winter!”

“We really enjoyed staying at Dennis’s condo! He was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots pans and glassware. They provided very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and even coolers to take to the beach. The location of the condo is great! Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is about 5 minutes South with lots of great restaurants and live music and a Publix in each direction. Beach access was a quick walk right across A1A and easy to get to……

“This is our second time staying in the building and first time in this unit which was beautifully remodeled and the design used the space perfectly. It is small, as it is a studio apartment, but the layout utilized every square inch to its advantage. The double sinks were so nice and the kitchen well appointed so we could cook meals twice a day. The location is ideal and you can easily walk to dinner. The private beach is like your own oasis with just a few other couples and families there too.……
