The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

"Hi mablethorpe was lovely and it was a lovely weekend getaway, there were a few issues with property as we entered there was a strong smell of animal urine which i believe was coming from the rug in front room, i hoovered all through and mopped several times i rolled the rugs up and put them under one of the beds for duration of our stay, which is where i left them on leaving (as did not want to touch them again) as we entered bedroom a panel from the ceiling fell of (luckily not on us) and as...

"beautiful quiet site, very peaceful no clubhouse ect but does have onsite bar and restaurant with lovely food, 2 fishing lakes onsite (fishing licence required) 20mins drive from seafront, 5 mins from skegness raceway and 10/12 mins from fantasy island very accessible to everything around cant complain about this caravan was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to stay in "

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "The caravan its self was ok. a little dated and obviously had dogs in there before we were there. However the communication with Linden Lodgings who look after the booking is shocking. I have been trying to get the damage deposit back from them for 11 days now with no communication back at all. The communication with Hazel has been awful from the point of booking.
