“Horrible place wouldn’t let a dog sleep there dirty dirty dirty place cold no hot water broken blinds carpet was filthy and sticky smelt really bad of smoke and B O the back stairs to the apartment were unsafe and the door had been broken in the past and a botch repair so we didn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe no heating the shower was cold also we found a very nice place not far from there would not be recommending this to anybody the place needs shutting down not what the pictures on yr web……

“Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. “The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.”

“Very disappointed when we first arrived looks like the decorating was done by a blind man all mix and match.the whole place needs a damn good clean thought we had moved into step toes yard .electrics unsafe bodged wiring .no wash basin shower area filthy .single mattresses hadn’t been checked stained and smelly (urine) whole floor area needs replacing due to bad fitting .patio doors were tapped and big lock and chain as the doors were broke .site manager unaware it has been rented out.they……

“Check in was quick and easy. Caravan was spotless everything we needed in there. Site facilities were incredible, lovely park, soft play on site which was free to use! Nightlife was so good, the ‘superstars’ were fantastic with the children, remembering some of their names, very welcoming and inclusive to everyone. Swimming pool was lovely! Little splash pool for the baby’s/toddlers with a little slide, a splash area with water fountains and then the main pool along with two large slides and……
