“The Celeste has such a rich and interesting history which was incorporated in the renovation to a hotel. Wonderful area with a lot of interesting sites in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay - the Celeste is now our favorite St. Paul Hotel.”

“Its the best bang for your buck. The price is the best in this area. Its clean, well maintained, staff is friendly, its quit. It doesnt have a 5 star rating but honestly its definitely a 3 star hotel. I would definitely recommend to family & friends.”

I was relaxed the moment I walked in thanks to the courteous staff (everyone was super nice), the low-lit ambience, and the cleanliness.
