“The hotel is inside the University Park which isn’t convenient to us. Environment is good , the room is neat and tidy but isn’t spacious. Breakfast is good. ”

“I also found insect being squashed up by the curtain but I wipe them away already”

“近haymarket station, 大空間，沙發床的品質不很好，隔音不好，半夜被隔壁房的吵醒。好的簡易厨房，很方便。”

“The biggest issue is that there is barely any wi-fi in the bedrooms, no signal. There are several wi-fi set-ups in the building but I am told that the password is not available to guests even though the signal strength is good. This is a pity as free wi-fi is seemingly offered to guests. An ongoing issue as this was the case last year and SERCO who run the place haven't addressed the issue.”

“很差勁的體驗，房間殘舊，有臭味，燈光昏暗，光線不足。床褥有蟲咬的感覺，一整晚都很癢。 不敢相信這個價格，房間內居然沒有拖鞋及水提供！ 而且浴室裡的花灑是壞的，房間地墊十分髒，梳化也很髒，眼睛可見除處都是食物碎屑，令人作嘔，房間充滿臭味，這一晚是惡夢的一晚”
