“Only concern was the bath tub. It was older and the stopper was pretty well used. Room was great. Beds comfortable.”

“My Mom and I were in town for a doctors appointment and to do some shopping. It was great to have a full sized refrigerator in our room! If we had more time we probably would have taken advantage of the rest of the kitchenette. Super convenient and comfortable room!”

“Convenient to the hospital, easy parking, friendly staff. Bed did hurt my back but I have a bad back so very picky on beds. ”

“The bathroom sink was stopped up and it took about 1 1/2 hours for them to get there. The manager tried first with no luck and then got the maintenance guy to come with the plumbing supplies and finally got it unclogged. The shampoo and other products smell really good. There’s hotels that you could knock over a horse with, but these smelled really good.”

“Stay was ok most staff was friendly, except for this one lady. The toilet seat was broken in our room but other then that it was dine”

“First night stay the room's A/C was out. They promptly moved me to another room the next morning. The Restaurant and Bar had excellent food and drinks. The city of Lubbock is a little rough. But very nice hotel.”
