The home is located a short drive from TTU, in a quiet and beautiful country side neighborhood. The patio and pool area, totally relaxing and amazing. Communication with the home owner was excellent. I definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was clean, had most everything we needed, a fun game room and great space overall for our family being there for a graduation weekend. It has a great park & lake right down the street and is centrally located and so easy to get around. Trent was so easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed and we didn't have to bug him at all during our stay!”

“Overall it met most of our needs. We were in Lubbock for law school graduation and lots of family joined us. The living room was a great gathering place. The kitchen needs mixing bowls. The rest of the kitchen was well stocked and it was handy to have a bit of oil we could use in a pinch. I was happy to leave a few spices behind to add to the available ones. The house was lacking hangers. The beds are very, very comfortable in fact I’d love to know the make/model so we can replace one of ours……

Plenty of towels and hot water for us all, beds were comfortable, check in and communication was great. The game room was a sweet bonus and we all enjoyed a few old school games. I would definitely recommend for a group of any size.”
