“Wir haben ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anwesen (Garten und Pool) angetroffen, das mit viel Liebe renoviert wurde und einen überdurchschnittlichen Standard hat (super bequeme Boxpringbetten, Top ausgestattete Küche sowie Waschmaschine & Trockner) Wer ganz abspannen möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben und kann wirklich chillen. Für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel müssen längere Fahrzeiten eingeplant werden, da die nächste Schnellstrasse ca. 25 Minuten entfernt ist ebenso wie viele Supermärkte.”

“We stayed at Magdalena’s property for 5 nights over New Year, with the primary aim of hiking on the mountains surrounding Soller. The property is perfectly located on a quiet street just off of the main square. An easy walk to dinner in the town restaurants ( limited number open at this time of year) and for the New Year festivities ( great fun and very lively !) but we were also able to walk to the Port of Soller and Deia from the front door ! Fabulous. If you have a car speak to Magdalena……

“The garden and outdoor cooking area was the highlight. The lounge/reception area is spacious. Beds were comfortable but ground floor room cramped and some furniture rickety. The basement had a de-humidifier which was necessary, and it appeared recent bathroom works had not been completed. Nevertheless we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.”

“We loved the location of this house, on the water, steps from the beach. We sat on the back porch as much as possible, listening to the waves. We walked to dinner each night, in the town and on the marina. The house is spacious, with plenty of bathrooms and seating on the porch. The host kindly gave us several throw blankets to drape around our shoulders as we sat outside. We called the house our villa because of its location and neighborhood. The front yard is filled with beautiful herbs,……

“Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Highlight ist der niedliche Garten. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, so dass man sehr schnell in Palma ist. Das Meer ist in Sichtweite. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein gelungener Urlaub, obwohl das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat. Die Wohnung kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.”

“Wer statt Luxus eine ehrliche Ferienwohnung erwartet, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung ist zwar auf viele Ebenen aufgeteilt, aber bietet ansonsten viel Platz. Für Gehbehinderte ist diese Wohnung daher abzuraten, da man viel die Treppe rauf und runter laufen muss. Glücklicherweise sind Bad und Schlafräume auf einer Ebene. Als Stadtwohnung hat man hier keinen besonderen Ausblick und auch die Terrasse lädt nicht sonderlich zum……

“Staying at Ses Motes was a dream unfolding each day beginning with the sunrise each morning, pink skies over the mountains viewed from bed. Breakfast outside serenaded by bird song greeting the day. The sun's journey over the stone house, over the olive trees, lying each day drenched in golden light by the pool, looking out at the terraces, the hills, mountains, and valley below. Nature's harmony, simplicity, bliss, perfection. Watching the moon set and going inside to sit by the fire. Then……

“Der geräumige Garten und die vielen Zimmer ermöglichen es, dass man die Urlaubszeit bestmöglich miteinander verbringen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill komplettieren die Gesamterscheinung. Das historisch eingerichtete Haus bietet ein hervorragendes Ambiente für den Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Unsere fünf Kinder konnten sowohl spielen, die auch sich gegebenenfalls aus dem Weg gehen. ;) gelegenes Restaurant am Ende der Straße bietet lokale Kost, sowie Pizza und man konnte entspannt zu……
