“This resort is incredible. They have an onsite lagoon that homes sea turtles, rays, tropical fish, and seals. It was a dream come true. The resort is large, so they have a monorail to take you around. You may need to wait a little while for the monorail, but you could also walk to wherever you're going. My only criticism is the Italian restaurant, Nui, is not great. It's a stretch to call it Italian. Overall, Wonderful ”

“Beautiful place to stay but communication with the staff is difficult because office hours is 10 to 6 only. Don’t even put a number where you can contact after hours. I arrived at the property after 6 and l was struggled to find out how to check into my unit not knowing that they emailed me an instruction how to get into my unit”

“The beach on the property was awesome. The guys on the ATV's on the beach need to minimize there trips past the chairs with umbrellas, they went back and forth too much. They also need to travel down the sides of the chairs not through the middle divide of the chairs. ”

“Pro: *Apartment is near the pool, easy for kids to go play at the pool and back. *Easy access to different locations in Hawai'i, we wen to North Kohala, Kona, Hilo, and Volcano. It is great when you need to go different places in the Big Island. *Basic needs are met. *Less than 5 min to the supermarket on Car. You can walk even to the supermarket. Cons: *Since no body really lives here, other than a basic needs, some thing you want to have does not exist. Such as, stopper for the bath tub,……

“My family and I had a great time! Loved the location and pool. The condo was very comfortable and quiet.”

“The apartment was excellent , clean and well maintained. Having a private car spot was an additional perk. Location is good and there are shops close by as well as restaurants.”

“The pictures on VRBO did not prepare us for the incredible view from this unit. Due to breathing issues, I can't lie down when sleeping, so I was lucky enough to be able to sleep in one of the comfortable recliners in the living room and wake each morning to the beauty of the Hawaiian sunrise over the ocean. It was magical. And the care with which the unit was furnished, its perfect location near shopping and beaches -- everything made our trip perfect. There was also a fantastic supply of bed……

“What a wonderful stay. Lovely place in a beautiful neighborhood. Two pools/gym is steps away along with passes to Mauna Lani Beach Club (snorkel the cove reefs -highly recomended) and Hilton Pool. Only issue is that it ended. :)”

“The facility was excellent. One pool was down and the other was small and full of children, Proximity to shopping and dining was walkable.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this location. The Condo had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Would highly recommend this location. One suggestion, it would have been nice to know that beach towels, beach chairs, an iron, blow dryers were all included. These were not listed on the amenities list. Had we known, we would not have brought them.”
