“The sevice is nice there.But when I check in I told them i booked from Hotels.com.They said with no my name there.After 30 minutes checking.They said it's from another website.The people was very nice to check for me.”

“We booked the Deluxe Chalet room with sea view, 678 sq ft. They gave us a garden room with many dead mosquito on the bed and on the table. So I asked the front desk to change our room with sea view. So they changed us another so called very little seaview room and only 300 sq ft. We are very disappointed and the manager said it’s the deluxe chalet. Expedia is posting the wrong information. So I don’t know who went wrong. The problems are not only the size. The toilet is without a……

“It was quite disappointed that the Hotel receptionist declined our request to call for a Grab with the reason that they don't have the driver list. Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.”

“酒店外观和周围环境都还不错，离唐人街很近，但酒店内部设施一般，客房内的设施与空间让人有一定的落差。”

“奇怪的酒店，我预定单上是2人含早的，结果前台说我们两个人只有一份早饭，另外一份要收15RM。这点非常的坑爹。”

“Parking limited ”

“Room is spacious but dirty carpet. AC does not work the last day. Might have bed bugs causing numerous itching spots on arms and legs after two nights stay:(”

“Very poorly maintained. Dirty room, even the parking area was dirty and not maintained well. Room was not up to par. Toiletries provided were too little. Rooms were very smelly and AC not working well. Not worth the money. Such a disgrace to Terengganu tourism. Please never come here 👎”

“L’hotel était surbooker lorsque nous sommes arrivés aucune solution n’a été proposé pour nous loger, nous avons dû chercher un logement de dernière minute. Je ne recommande pas du tout”
