“The facilities in hotel are old. The plugs in sink and the bath tub are unable to work properly. Service man was able to come within a short while after calling. Comfortable, quite and good environment maintained.”

Biggest complaint was air con in bedroom sound like 747 on take off. No ability to change this - either on or off. Overall a good hotel but certainly not at international 5 star level.”

“Le restaurant est beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Tarif laundry prohibitif. Les chambres sont rudimentaires. Il n'y a aucune étagère ou autre pour poser ses affaires. De l'enduit sur le carrelage de la salle de bain. Donc des améliorations pourraient être faites assez facilement. Si on accepte la frugalité, l'hôtel est très bien situé. Plage calme et jolie. Très beau jardin. Personnel aimable et aidant.”

“We had a fantastic time at Alunan and really glad we booked here for half our stay on the Perhentian. Room - Spacious and very clean, having the deck upstairs is also a really nice touch Food - Probably the best food we ate on the Perhentian islands, both western and Malay options availabl.
